I know the Indian pacific, and the country it traverses... Grew up in one of the hamlets that would begin to shake on frosty nights as the train forwarned its coming still 10 kilometres down the line.
Your poem brought to mind an almost long forgotten stoicism and acceptance so elemental as to allow the raw durability of a hard yet sensitive landscape to reside within our own neural network. And to hum and chug into the outward ripples of spirit...
