@AuntGlow The Schumann resonance is pretty quiet although it may be spiking presently, the graph can be up to 24hrs behind.

@avant-garde ahh yes, that can be good depending on the situation, but do you find that when you do that when you do have one that it's worse? For me I can delay them at times but then when i do have one it's more severe.

No, it just increases the flashbacks towards sleep time.
What happens is that as I drift off to sleep tonight I get stuck in the memory and then fall asleep during the memory and get nightmares. I still prefer it over seizures though
