@Former-Member I remember first seeing hotdogs in grade 5. the local bakery made them . .20c
they were the 70s 'in thing' like hamburgers that came later, that was a huge treat .
the bread was so good from local bakery we would just eat it plain, cut really into thick slices
after school would be virtually another meal, 'tea'was always pretty late anyway. no one was remotely f@t either despite afterschool becoming 4 slices of bread heaped with jam and cream lol

Yeah hardly anyone was overweight in the 70's - it was an anomaly @TAB. At high school in the 80's we used to have P.E. teachers that made us run the gauntlet. I don't know how many terms we had rotten gymnastics. They used to use callipers to pinch how much f@t was around our midriffs. I think its changed a lot today. Lots of kids from the local school looking sick and pasty. Mainly on drugs and alcohol. I think P.E is voluntary or you get to pick what exercise you want to do. Don't know if its changed since. I'm just back in from another walk. Its 27 degrees out there. How did your colonoscopy go? Sending you a picture of virtual hotdogs! Mmm mouthwatering and tasty! NOW STOP IT @Former-Member!!!
