@PeppyPatti @I used to get the barefoot investor newsletter but over it all. Just bumbling along doing what I always do. Being busy and paying my bills and living within my means. Wore a dress I bought a few years ago for the first time. That's how desperate I am to dress up. Lol. The digital organ stopped working at church so I switched to acoustic piano.
Yep gave some eggs, bunny and shirts to my son. He had a good day out and about.

I worked out the other day that I have lived in Sydney for 36 years now @Appleblossom , the longest I've ever lived anywhere.

My little brother always lived in Sydney and would tease us about bringing up Melbourne weather. I liked and identified with both cities but jeez the traffic is crazy up there. @Abner

Yes it is @Appleblossom , that's why I get around on public transport here, which is very reliable and safer than driving, and sometimes the road rage is ridiculous.

I'm happy to gift that book to me youngest son. I cannot believe how lucky I am. If he wants to use that book to manage his money I think it's a good thing but I'm like you @Appleblossom I'm over that.
He said that my oldest son is really struggling but he has support and he's seeing a therapist. I know he has two support people in his life who are good plus his mentor who he works for.
It's tremendous my youngest son has come back. We have discussed some very sensitive things.
I think he thinks like me.

It is good you could talk about sensitive things @PeppyPatti
It is a very nuanced individual balance finding the best path between Love and Letting Go
@Abner actually the traffic down south is crazy too. I can't believe how close people drive on the freeways. Not safe. Public transport is good. I always used it for getting into town and music gigs. Love catching the train. Last few years I have had to drive more cos my music is in a few different places.
