I understand mate. Fighting when your resources are depleted can take you to the edge @ENKELI
To press on, risks taking you over it. If you are able to to be pragmatic about a battle, unresolved,
then you have wisdom. The wisdom to know that sometimes there is a greater victory to be had in retreat. All things at the right time.
Yes, I know jane well. I used to date her sister Mary.. Green eyes, green dress. Wild as the mountains she came from and a loyal comfort when no other was to be found. We do what we must
to see another day my friend. No judgements from my balcony.
Well. . this is the time of night I lick my wounds and revise my battle plans for tomorrow.
Now, more than ever we fight to maintain our focus there, hey mate. Behind are only dry wells.
So I hope you sleep tonight and let tomorrow be tomorrow. Take care Enkeli. tonys..

Love your work @Glisten. I didn't think there would be anyone old enough to remember Mr Squiggle.
My brother and I grew up in the 70s and 80s, we often quote Blackboard when we're waiting on something or someone.
My smile for the day 🙂

yes I know @TAB and I "resigned" in August last year. I was too concerned about my dad and his health issues, moving to NSW from WA and the drama that goes with that. By the time I had an opportunity to really think about it, it was months later. I had checked their code of conduct within the correct amount of time but had more pressing matters dealing with my dad's psychiatrist, GP and mental hospital staff.
I put myself last when it comes to my family and friends, always have. My manager and HR bitch knew I was under duress but didn't care.
Shit happens.

Hey @saturnzoon @TAB @Glisten
I read you went through a lot of horrible things last year.
Workplace bullying is hard. The best thing is to recoup, find books or videos youtubes etc that inspire you. The situation is tricky without work or good income, but it seems you are almost on top of a lot of finances, so that is a huge plus, even with dental coming up.
I observe a lot of aggressive personalities out there in the community. Most of the time I did walk away, until the last few years. I was so sick and tired of always submitting and allowing people to get away with stuff. Just reworking myself and standing up more and and being more proactive. Problem is, you need other issues sorted to be able to do that properly. Its nigh on impossible when you are exhausted from over work, or traumatised from bad stuff.
Its good you have found a decent bunch on here. People often do the right thing. Gotta look on the bright side of life... Life of Brian ... of dear I am showing my age...lol
Take care of yourselves all

thanks for your kind words @Appleblossom. I will get there and I love your suggestions. Life of Brian ha ha, he's not the Messiah, he's just a very naughty boy!. We must be around the same age!
Hope your day is going well, I have spent most of the day watching a movie, praying and updating my resume/cover letter.
