Good Morning @Bunniekins I'm not too bad guess. be glad when theres a break from heat. think 25deg 6am lol , get 2 days low 30s after 4 days 40 or near 40 then back to high 30s last i looked lol.
Anyway. am getting another aircon soon so will be able to sleep. the one i have is in lounge. tried sleeping on floor, works for nap but bit too old for that now think. I have ordered a self inflating mattress tho .
got a list of like 5 things happening in next 5 weeks am scared will forget something. well, I already forgot a specialists appt and had to re book it lol.ok remembered the day b4 but needed to go of thinners and do bloods yada yada so have to remember a week before lol
hopefully getting some marking back today from course had to do to get subsidy to do another course. its easy stuff , but designed to do in class and am at home , so never really that sure what they want. well until it gets marked and has to be 100% ha ha oh well only get 3 goes as well eek. be glad when its done with. was a really falling thru cracks moment. Scary. ok had to do language literacy and numeracy tests for subsidy so they dont waste their money. somehow they failed me on writing a letter to council complaining about a barking dog. yes i did think it was stupid, but they effed me on it

Hey @TAB @Historylover I think I've reversed my diabetes. The blood sugar is around 5.5 or lower. Haven't been consistent with taking fasting levels but its doing ok throughout the day. Will have to check in with diabetes educator soon. Tried contacting her last week but she was busy with other clients. She also could have got called into the hospital. Anyway its one less thing I have to worry about

Morning all
Hey @Former-Member that's so good re your diabetes I saw that they have a cure for diabetes now and think they just needed to do human trials then hopefully if all good it can go out for everyone, I hope it won't take too long for you and others
Hope your able to keep cool @Historylover 37 out this way again, then next 2 days 28 so far then about 4 days of 38 and above but hope that changes
Hi @Bunniekins nice to hear from you, I remember you from years ago when I was on here but then had a breakdown so didn't visit here for awhile and missed everyone, so glad to be back with friends and able to talk without judgement
Have a wonderful 2 days holiday @MDT not sure where you are but hopefully not in heat
Going to put foil on Windows when it cools down again @TAB hopefully will make a big difference
If anyone has trouble with sleeping and is worried about that you may have sleep apnoea or maybe at risk of heart problems then you could check out an app called Shuteye I stumbled across it last night and the results are amazing, I'm just going to do 7 nights for now and take to my GP as I'm on a waiting list for Sleep study as they think I have sleep apnoea and this app gives exact details of our sleeping and how long we sleep soundly
@tonys @Appleblossom @ENKELI @tyme @Shaz51 @Zoe7 @StuF @Meowmy
and all who visit
Hope everyone has a cool or dry day
