Re: Good Morning!

@eudemonism Hope you are having a good day. Just trying to overcome lots of negative thinking to get the day’s work done. Just survived work this morning. Have a great afternoon. Take care.

Re: Good Morning!

@Meowmy  Hi Meowmy sorry to hear that you need a plumber to fix the 'water disaster' feel very sorry for you uncle trying best to help and then this happens.  Having a cup of coffee sounds the right thing to do under these circumstances. You have a great afternoon as well. Love greenpeaxxx:)

Re: Good Morning!

@Bunniekins thanks, what are you doing this afternoon ?

Re: Good Morning!

hope it gets fixed soon my friend @Meowmy

Re: Good Morning!

hope water thing works out okay @Meowmy  glad you are feeling okay

Re: Good Morning!

geez @TAB I'm not surprised you're pooped after an 80 hour week. Don't think I've ever worked that hard except for my final year at uni when I was pulling all-nighters to reach deadlines. Hope you have a nice arvo.

Your employer sounds promising if a little inexpereinced, at least where there is growth (albeit rapid) there is opportunity. I'm glad you had a chat to some people at work, it's always good to network a little & build rapport even if you don't really feel like it. Hope things come thru for you as you'd like them to.

Re: Good Morning!

well it made me feel more comfortable in a way, cos I had worked with these guys before at another place, they are relative new starters like me but any networking beats none. Had a nap before as mostly awake since midnight, feel worse than before at least not as tired. body def out of whack, have dull ab pain, nothing ever seems straight forward..

hop ethe rest of your daY is okay .. just watching tv here, oh, forgot to put washing out, wrinkles ahoy ha ha

Re: Good Morning!

hey @Meowmy how are you sweety? glad you're having a rest with a cuppa.

I have some positive thoughts to challenge your negative ones from upbringing...

1. You a very strong woman to be working a job. In addition, you work in a helping profession which takes a lot of strength & generosity at the best of times let alone when you're suffering from some mh symptoms. (Compared to me - I've been unemployed for 7 years and can't work in any helping profesisons as I have nothing left to give).

2. You're coping with a major plumbing upheaval calmly and efficiently, looking for a solution in the most sensible way. That plumbing problem would set me in a tailspin of psychotic symptoms, panic & rage, unable to bathe properly with no hot water let alone communicate effectively with people to get the plumbing looked at.

3. You're a lovely, kind, gentle, generous and compassionate person, I always enjoy your company & your posts. In my experience few people have those qualities so you should be very proud.

4. You're calmly going about trialling new mh meds without complain or panic. It takes a lot of strength, consistency, patience & perseverence to do that.

You should be very proud of all your strengths my friend. I'd love it if you had a cat pic for your symbol Cat Happy

Re: Good Morning!

Wow @BryanaCamp  way to go, great post Cat Happy @Meowmy Heart

Re: Good Morning!

Good effort @frog sometimes when I'm stuck in similar predicaments. I know pushing through and achieving the goal helps. It's a daily predicament actually. But as long as I'm putting my mi and issues to the side. There always an option.
