Life is bullshite!!!

Just found out my cousin, who has lived with disabilities- physical and intellectual- for his whole life but is one of the nicest, friendliest, most positive blokes you'd meet...

...short story: he's just been told the cancer he'd just been found to have, in the last couple of weeks, is terminal. They're giving him 3 weeks to 5 months. Probably closer to the 3 weeks. It's in a few places, including his spine. They will give him some radiation on that area to hopefully ease some pain.

Life is messed up

He's only 40 odd

And he's interstate so not easy to visit him or his family

Crying while typing sucks

Oh @StuF, I'm so so sorry 💙 That's some incredibly tough news for you today, and some what of a shock too with the prognosis. 

You speak so fondly of him so I know your love for him must be strong, and that love can sometimes come with great loss. I hope you have the time and space this evening to sit with whatever arises for you with this news and the support you need to help process it.
