I am trying gummies atm (real ones), yes have to get fm america, they send in xray protective envelopes.Bit ambivalent atm.  first lot would send me to sleep (good) then whne wanting that, would give me energy , mostly dont notice it now. I take it as adjunct to otc meds for pain and nausea now mainly

Mostly I minimise sleep and pain meds to extremely low, cos they aren’t as reliable as the pushers say. Not really trying whacky new stuff cos not wasting me dosh. Same reliability as a kiss and a prayer.

Had great chat with hijabbed allied health lady yesterday. She was honest about hookahs being from her culture. I had politely asked about cultural use of herbs ….

2 days ago, a younger person told me about the slightly pushy capitalist style of some of the new spesh medicinal legal herb pushers. It put her off. Not countercultural ethics but money money money.

Never mind. It’s a crazy world.

Just further on the illegal stuffs - no 'quality control' either. God knows what one is really putting into one's body. I think (don't know) that sometimes the 'extras' in whatever it is are doing significant damage beyond whatever the illegal substance might be doing
