I'm no cook, but i know the science behind it lol. 

 

The yeast reacts with the sugar, which causes carbon dioxide to be released. This is what causes the bread to rise (the gas bubbles) 🙂 @Oaktree 

 

I'd better stick to my books rather than the kitchen lol!

I just ate one and was quite surprised as to how soft they were in the middle. It was very nice warm

It was rosemary, salt and garlic and we dipped it in aged balsamic vinegar and olive oil
