Not too long.

5 minutes to mix

leave 1 hour and a half at room temperature to rise

knock back and place in oiled pan

leave 30 minutes to rise again

sprinkle with sea salt, rosemary and oil

make dimples 

bake 25 - 30 minutes

I would love to add olives to mine @Oaktree

You can add whatever you feel like. You could either add the olives to the dough or put them on top
