Hi @Shaz51 How are you?
I'm still rather physically weak, & fuzzy headed.
Need to be more gentle with myself.
Need to allow myself to rest more often, & to take time to recover.
I've been pushing myself (expecting more of myself) - ever since I got home from hospital.
It's not working (pushing so hard) - I keep on kind of collapsing from exhaustion.
I've only been having a few short 15 minute rests each day - obviously not enough.
I was wanting to do my aviaries this afternoon - I'm just not up to it, don't have enough energy.
My Birds will be fine, I stocked them all up before I went into hospital.
As long as I manage to do them all within the next 24 hours or so.
