Today I enjoyed the second week of my new weekly class then found my way home via 2 buses. I still had energy to cook and wash up so it was a good day.

Hello Forumites, feeling tired and unwell today. I wish I could turn my brain off for a few hours and get some rest.
Today's achievements are:
- got out of bed
- had shower
- got dressed
- brushed hair outside
- distracted myself on phone
- took meds
- hydrated
