Something to add to my coping box is my toy donkey I named Lord Byron Bray...if I'm having a bad night the donky soothes me
If I could add my little dog to my list, I would. Last night she wiggled her way under the bed covers and snuggled into my tummy...she sighed then started her little snores. Bliss for both of us. Sure beats a hot water bottle.

I second that @NatalieS. I will add my little dog too. I had two tiny paws under my chin last night, as she stretched her little body as long as she could.

This is such a wonderful idea. My cat is number 1 Percy. He has been there for me through everything. He is so sweet, he has big green eyes and soft silky black and white fur. Just him lying next to me makes feel better and hearing his purrrr.

And I'd include some of the stones and crystals that I've collected...sometimes I am comforted by touching and caressing the different surfaces.
