hey all! just sending through how to clear data/cache/cookies and all that - we're finding that clearing it helps with using the support buttons again.
for apple users:

for android users:
(the app would be whatever you're using to access SANE - e.g. google chrome, internet explorer, Microsoft edge, etc)
here's how to clear data/cookies on chrome: Delete, allow and manage cookies in Chrome - Android - Google Chrome Help - there's an explanation for android, computer and iphone/ipad users.
after you clear cache and cookies, makes sure you close all SANE tabs and start again - it may ask you to login again (it did for me) and hopefully the support button issue should be all good!
