Re: Self Harm
Study can definitely be stressful @Angels333. Perhaps you can take a few days off study to rest and reset? I'm sending you the biggest hugs 💜💙🌼

Re: Self Harm
Thanks @Molliex I seem to be having an anxiety attack, I am working through it with distraction quiz shows lol I just cooked vegetarian curry pasties took hours... I might text my psychologist on Monday if things don't improve. It's a whole body reaction clenched jaw etc...
But I haven't replied yet to you ❤🧡💛💚💙💜 How did the gp go? You have had such a rough 3 months, you are an inspiration to me

Re: Self Harm
Proud of you for using your tools to distract yourself and try and work through it @Angels333. I wish I could try your dinner, sounds wonderful.
My GP was worried about my recovery and called the hospital. They want me to go in early next week for a scan and check. This is truly the most awful experience that will not end.
I have made an appointment next month with a new psychologist, one who is a specialist in perinatal anxiety and depression. I've been feeling incredibly anxious and shaky this week. I hope they'll help.
Tonight I'm watching a movie with Mr Mollie and having a cocktail 💙

Good! I'm glad you're having a cocktail and watching a movie with your Mr Mollie 💕
I feel a bit better now that I am prepared for work in the morning. I'm watching 9 out of 10 cats does countdown with Mr Angels and my 17 yr old daughter.

Re: Self Harm
Sorry to hear that you are a little stuck with the yoyo-ing days. I am happy you are having a good day today though. I am the same seeming to still have more bad days then good but this is my second good day in a row. (Hope I didn't just jinx myself 😂) hubby is still working on my paint room, it's been 4 weeks now😞 but I snuck some painting supplies upstairs yesterday and that's what I will spend the afternoon doing. Sending you gentle hugs my friend @Angels333

Re: Self Harm
@Former-Member I haven't painted for ages... I just did some gardening and planted some plants. I really enjoyed seeing the earthworms in the soil I don't know why I like them so much...
I'm glad you're having a good day too.

Re: Self Harm
Hugs @Angels333
You made me smile about earth worms. Thx. I am like that too. Weirding Ways being Grounded. Its natural cos it shows healthy soil. Mine was horrible hard clay. Not any more!
Hugs @Former-Member
