just at work at the moment @Birdofparadise8 its been a hell of a shift at the moment with alot of behaviours from clients so its getting very weary at the moment. couple of hours to go

i probably wont really have any days off @Birdofparadise8
im working tomorrow, wednesday. so far thursday im off but that may change, then working friday through to thursday. have 3 days off as im at a wedding then back to work again. my weekends have double shifts so i will be working 16 hours both days
ill be aiming to work as much as possible until i head away for medical treatment

I also found a psych so I have my first session this Thursday.

Do you have any advice on a first session?

your first session is usually getting to know you @Birdofparadise8 have an idea on what you want to talk about. take a list if you need to of what you would like to use your sessions for. remember they are more restricted because of the care plan ie limited sessions before you start paying more.

in my sessions i try not to dwell on things ie reminiscing constantly that cannot be changed instead i focus on trying to work on how to get through it. ie maybe one for you is 'im struggling to process getting fired from my current job' ask for support on strategies to help you process that. thats only an example though but ultimately your sessions are there for you to use as you want.

This psych does 90 min first session for the same price as a regular 50-60-minute session, which is good. 

There will be a lot to talk about. Work, my gran, my attempt and so on. How I'm going to stay safe when I want to do it again, but not right now. I'm safe tonight.
