@Judi9877 I am sorry PARC was a mess. I am glad you are making considered choices to manage in the absence of competent mental health guidance. The system is so ridiculously fragmented and variable in quality that I probably should not call it a singular noun... System....
I had a PARC mess, personally about 6 years ago and I last visited my son at one this January, the same physical location. Hmmmm. Won't go on about it.
Yes, human beings with Lived Experience can be much better. They are not always appreciated by clinical staff but I hope by calling it out, you can go in forewarned. You may have a good clinical crew.
