Good evening forumites. Just posting my daily achievements for the day. How did you each go? What things did you achieve? No matter how big or small, it still counts as an achievement so well done.
Today, my achievements were:
- I had a shower
- I had tuna and brown rice for dinner
- I did some knitting of my Mental Health Recovery Blanket
- I picked up some boxes from 2 places to help start the packing up process of the house (starting early so we don't have to rush it)
- Didn't get too angry or upset when my father didn't call like he said he would tonight
- Accepted that my twin sister won't apologise to me for calling me manipulative despite it hurting me really bad because she doesn't believe she's wrong and I can't change her opinion of me
- Had a Telehealth appointment with my GP who is going to arrange a referral to a psychiatrist because of my self harm and suicidal thoughts which he thinks could be meds related but he's not keen on adjusting them himself
Keep those wonderful achievements coming forumites!
