I've been struggling with depression, anxiety and a lot of thoughts for more than 4 years now and I need ways to cope and need suggestions for therapists or people to see.

Hi @Jd3 and welcome to the forums

Have you been managing this on your own for the past 4 years? Before suggesting any strategies I'm wondering is there have been any strategies in that time that you might have used to help you through?

In terms of getting some support from a therapist, we can't recommend specific practitioners but I fins using search tools like the APS psychologist search helpful to find practitioners near me. You can also speak to your GP if you haven't already, to discuss getting a mental health care plan which means that you get up to 10 rebated sessions with a psychologist each year, which really helps to bring the costs down. Another option that could be good in the meantime is to check out SANE's guided recovery program which is a free service.

Hopefully these are some helpful places to start
